How do I cancel / close my account?

To ensure you will not be billed further, Go to My Phone Numbers and under the 'Action' column click the 'Delete' checkbox for each phone number you wish to remove from your account, and then click the 'Save' button and click 'Confirm' to confirm you really want to release these numbers from your account. You may also port a number out of Call in Studio if you wish.

If your account is configured to auto-recharge to a saved credit card, you may disable this by going to My Account, setting the 'Recharge Threshold' to NEVER/OFF, click the 'Save Recharge Settings' link and, when confirmed, click the 'Click here to continue' link to review your updated recharge settings. There will be a '[delete saved card]' link next to the Recharge Threshold setting description.

If you do not wish to receive further communication from us, from the My Account page under 'Account Info' review the 'Options' setting. If it is set to 'Receive all emails' you can click the 'change' link and then click the button to 'Opt-Out of Emails'.

Following these steps will ensure you will not receive any further charges. If you wish to re-open your account, you may log into it at any time, purchase a new phone number, and resume using our services.
